Buttons

Buttons that should be rendered above the grid can be declared as part of the navigation:

    <buttons>
        <button id="add" label="Add" url="*/*/add"/>
        <button id="refresh" label="Refresh Page" onclick="window.location.reload(true)" sortOrder="-1"/>
    </buttons>
</navigation>

Buttons can use either an url or an onclick attribute to specify their effect.
